If I deem that you will be better helped by a different therapist, I’ll provide you with referrals that are better suited to your needs. If not, we we will schedule our first appointment together in which we will discuss your goals and allow you to assess your level of comfort in working with me. Please know that it’s important that you feel safe and comfortable with your therapist so, if you decide that I am not the right fit for you, no hard feelings! I would be happy to help you find someone that you might feel more comfortable with.
